Iran sent its fourth satellite into orbit this week, Iranian media reports.
The satellite is named “Fajr” and is a telecommunication satellite that transmits data to a station on the Earth.
The United States were quick to react, with US State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki stating that “Iran’s missile program continues to pose a dangerous threat to the region and is an issue we monitor closely”, according to Fars.
