A spokeswoman for Catalonia's regional firefighting department said the blast occurred Thursday when products being delivered to a warehouse in the city of Igualada became mixed, exploded and set a truck on fire.

Two people were slightly injured.
The mayor of Igualada, Marc Castells, has urged residents not to panic while firefighters try to decontaminate the air.
Ramon Espadaler, who is the Catalan commissioner for interior affairs, has been cited by El Pais as saying there is little wind in the area, which means it will take more time for the toxic cloud to dissipate.
