Ekaterina Blinova — Frederic Fevre, a Lille prosecutor, has called upon the jury to acquit Dominique Strauss-Kahn of pimping charges, citing lack of evidence. It should be noted that on Monday five plaintiffs – four prostitutes and one associate – have dropped their accusations against the former head of the IMF.
Since the very beginning of the trial Dominique Strauss-Kahn has dismissed the fact he knew that the women who participated in sex parties with him were prostitutes. However, the 65-year old admitted he enjoyed group sex but said he never paid for it. The judge must now voice his verdict regarding the case.
