UNITED NATIONS (Sputnik) – Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom to the United Nations, Mark Lyall Grant, has urged Russia to take action in order to ensure that independence supporters in southeastern Ukraine (Donbas) follow the Minsk agreements.
Speaking to the UN Security Council on Tuesday, Lyall Grant stressed that Russia had signed the Minsk agreements and should follow through with its obligations by taking action "on the ground".
