At age 65, Rancadore had lived in London for almost 20 under a different name until he was arrested in Europe.
According to Italian officials, Rancadore was a chief of the feared Sicilian Mafia.
During his absence he was convicted for criminal acts in 1987 and 1995.
Domenico Rancadore must return to Italy to serve a seven-year sentence for association with the Mafia, Magistrate Howard Riddle said Friday. He has a week to appeal against the decision, and after that he would be departed from Britain in 10 days.
