WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – The United States is not certain that arming Ukraine will have positive results, US European Commander Air Force Gen. Phillip Breedlove said on Wednesday.
“If we arm the Ukrainians, it could cause positive results, it could cause negative results,” Breedlove said while testifying at the US House Armed Services Committee on emerging security challenges in Europe.
