DONETSK (Sputnik) — The self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) does not rule out the possibility of resuming fighting in Ukraine's east as Kiev is not observing the Minsk accords, LPR leader Igor Plotnitsky said Thursday.
"Ukraine is not going to abide by the agreements that we have signed. It is evident. The probability of resumption of the war exists," Plotnitsky said.
He also added that the LPR carries out staff training and might create additional troops.
