“A Skype conference has already started. The parties are discussing the fulfillment of the agreement of withdrawing heavy artillery among other issues,” the source said.
The source added that the parties may also pinpoint a date for the next Minsk meeting.
Kiev, DPR and LPR, alongside representatives of Russia and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), held a previous video conference on February 27.
The withdrawal of heavy arms from the contact line is one of several steps specified by a February 12 peace deal worked out by the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, Germany and France in the Belarusian capital of Minsk.
Other measures to secure peace in eastern Ukraine include an observed ceasefire and an all-for-all prisoner exchange.
