Approximately 700 Jihadists considered “dangerous” by the intelligence services have travelled to Syria and Iraq since the start of a conflict to join the militants of the Islamic State.
According to the information which was leaked in a draft of the Home Office interior ministry's new counter-extremism strategy, around 320 "dangerous" jihadists have come back to Britain.
As per the information in the draft the new counter-extremism plan involves targeting Muslim Sharia courts, banning radicals working unsupervised with children, asking job centers to identify welfare applicants before they become radicalization targets.
The document also states that there would be welfare penalties to encourage people to learn English, in order to improve integration, and strict rules on granting citizenship to ensure newcomers embrace British values.
The Home Office declined to comment on the report when contacted by media.
