Executioners in ISIL Propaganda Video Identified as French Citizens
19:55 GMT 11.03.2015 (Updated: 09:20 GMT 12.03.2015) A boy and a man featured in an Islamic State propaganda video showing the killing of a Palestinian have been identified as French citizens, the Associated Press reported.
In the video, the boy is shown standing behind the Palestinian man aiming a handgun at his head before he shoots him execution-style. Officials are investigating whether the French man is related to the man who killed seven people in attacks on a Jewish school in March 2012.
Another French fighter whose death was announced this week by Islamic State is a young teenager, an intelligence source told AP.
A poll conducted by ICM Research in the summer of 2014 showed that 27% of French teens support ISIL.
