The San Diego Zoo celebrated the first birthday of Joanne, the zoo’s youngest gorilla, on Thursday. The little one had some medical problems at birth, and was delivered via c-section, so the zoo was very happy to celebrate her birthday. Now she is just as happy and healthy as the rest, climbing and learning about everything world has to offer!
The zoo gave the little one, and her family, cupcakes make with yams and other fruits and vegetables.
