One of the six people shot in Mesa, Arizona early on Wednesday morning has been confirmed dead, according to the Mesa Police Department.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Police urged people to stay indoors as a manhunt for the suspect continues.

Police identified the shooter as a bald male in his 40s with a tattoo on his neck.

The shooting spree took place at five separate scenes. The motive for the shooting is unknown, police said.
