A lot of parents discourage their kids from cheating on exams. Not so in Bihar, India, where masses of parents, in some death defying climbing maneuvers, went to extreme lengths to help their kids pass the state board exams.
It’s a spectacle that’s been described by the Times of India as “Mass Cheating.”
