MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Harrison Ford has been released from a Los Angeles hospital where he had been undergoing treatment following the crash of his small vintage plane, People Magazine reports.
An unanimous source told the American weekly on Sunday that Ford was seen driving in Los Angeles on Saturday.
The 72-year-old Hollywood actor was taken to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Medical Center on March 5, after crashing his vintage World War II plane into the Penmar Golf Course, located not far from the Santa Monica Airport.
The crash occurred shortly after takeoff and was caused by engine failure.
Ford reportedly sustained injuries to his head, pelvis and ankle as a result of the accident. According to People Magazine, the actor is still undergoing therapy to treat his broken pelvis.
Harrison Ford has experience flying planes and helicopters and has reportedly survived crashes before.
