According to the police, Bailey told the victim he needed do a “study” of her in her home.
"This is someone who is hired to protect you," Coral Springs Police Lt. Joe McCue told WSVN, "hired to say, 'Hey, protect the society,' and you don't expect your probation officer to be acting in this manner."
The victim alleges that on two separate occasions, Bailey forced himself on her; in one instance he refused to let her leave her bedroom and proceeded to touch her genitals, and in another instance the next day he followed her into her bedroom and forced her to have sex with him.
On both occasions the woman’s daughter was in the next room and she pleaded with Bailey to stop, she said.
"The first time he went there, he said he needed to check out the bedroom," said McCue told WSVN "While in the bedroom, Mr. Bailey did sexually batter the victim by putting his hands down the front of her pants."
The victim recorded the incident on her phone to not only have indisputable evidence of his crime, but also to prevent Bailey from writing false parole violation report.
The police report has the victim saying to Bailey: "Mr. Bailey, you can't do that. What are you doing?"
"The victim said, 'This is rape. This is rape. I don't want you to do this,'" said McCue in regard to what was said on the video. "Unfortunately, she was in fear that if she reported this, he would violate her probation and put her back in jail."
The video shows Baily disrobing and putting on a condom that was left in her home.
"The video is extremely explicit," said the victim's attorney, Bradford Cohen told WSVN.
"It actually shows what her accusations are."
Police are using both the video and the condom as evidence.
“At this time, we're really uncertain if there's additional victims out there or not. However, if there is additional victims, you need to go to the authorities," said McCue. "Don't be afraid your probation is gonna be violated. It's very important that you come forward."
