It will be possible to ask Russian President Vladimir Putin a direct question by calling a special toll-free number or by sending a free SMS as per the tradition of the annual teleconference. It will also be possible to ask a question by making a video call via the internet.
Special call-centers and web sites will be set up from April 9 onwards to receive questions for the annual Q&A session. “Direct line with Vladimir Putin” will be held on April 16.
During this years’ open questions session, law enforcement officers will track deceitful sites that ask people to pay money in order to forward their question to the president.
"We will ask our law enforcement agencies to help us," said Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.
‘Direct Line with Vladimir Putin’ will be held on April 16. A live broadcast of the session will be aired on several television and radio stations.
