WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — US Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson will participate in a homeland security ministerial meetings in China this week to discuss security-related issues, including counterterrorism and cybersecurity, the US Department of Homeland Security announced in a statement.
“On April 8-10, Secretary Johnson will visit Beijing, China to participate in homeland security Ministerial meetings,” the statement, issued on Monday, said.
Johnson and his Chinese counterparts will also discuss global supply chain security, combating transnational crime and maritime law enforcement, according to the statement.
