MOSCOW (Sputnik) — One person died and 19 were injured in the fire in a residential building in the western German city of Wiesbaden, the city's fire department said Saturday.
According to the firefighters, the fire started at the first floor of the building.
The firefighters are said to have reacted quickly and managed to carry 11 people from the burning building.
There are three children among the injured. All of those wounded have been delivered to hospitals for treatment.
No information is yet available on what might have caused the fire.
