Among the notable areas of the Broadcasting Board of Governors' Fiscal Year Budget Request filed to the US Congress, is "Countering a Revanchist Russia", which apparently requires an allocation of $15.4 million to fund battles in the blogosphere.
It should be noted that it is more than twice the sum the agency is prepared to shell out on "Countering The ISIL Narrative" ($6.1 million).
