MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Kiev needs to begin an actual, not decorative process of political settlement in eastern Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Thursday.
“The artificial obstacles on the path to solving the grave humanitarian problems need to be simultaneously removed along with forcing Kiev to halt the economic blockade in Donbas – a real start and not a decorative political process, and constitutional reforms taking into consideration all of the interests of all of the regions of Ukrainian citizens must start,” Lavrov said.
