MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russia will seek to restore relations with Ukraine, President Vladimir Putin said Thursday.
“We will seek to restore our relations with Ukraine. This is in our interests,” the Russian leader said during a televised Q&A session.
“Of course, we are not going to interfere. It is not our business to imposing a certain way to behave, but we have the right to express our opinion and, moreover, we have the right to insist on the implementation of the Minsk agreements.”
