When frustrated by the company’s customer service, McHenry apparently saw fit to criticize the clerk’s education, career choices, and appearance. At one point, the clerk reminds her that she’s on camera, but that only seems to further aggravate McHenry who continues her profanity-ridden rant.
McHenry later apologized for the incident on Twitter, saying it was an "intense and stressful moment." She has also been placed on a one-week suspension by ESPN. It may not be a lot, but perhaps she’ll think twice before saying things like "I’m on television and you’re in a ***ing trailer."
