Jesse Willesee lit up a joint and started smoking it outside the Sydney Town Hall during "420," a day of global demonstrations held by activists calling for marijuana reform laws. The video shows police approach Willesse and apprehend him.
According to Newzulu, Willesee is a medical marijuana activist who has been using the drug to deal with chronic disorders, such as ADD and ADHS.
