A Florida man who goes by "The Backyard Scientist" decides to pour molten aluminum into a hollowed out watermelon, just to see what happens. The result? An artsy cast.
The self-described Scientist says the result was unintentional, and that he had expected the watermelon to just explode. And like any good scientist would, this one repeats the experiment just to verify his results.
