UK’s Cameron Reappoints Theresa May as Home Secretary
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — After convincingly winning the country's national elections, UK Prime Minister David Cameron announced Friday the appointment of new Cabinet posts.

The decision to retain George Osborne as Chancellor of the Exchequer and appoint him First Secretary of State was announced in Cameron's Twitter shortly after Conservatives won overall majority with 331 seats in the parliament.

The prime minister disclosed his plans to reappoint Osborne during the pre-election campaign but the position of the first secretary came as a surprise, making Osborne Cameron's undeclared deputy.
