“US and Nepalese aircraft will resume aerial search procedures at daybreak,” the Defense Department said on Tuesday.
The search coincided with an earthquake that struck Nepal on Tuesday, which left 36 people dead and more than 1,000 injured, according to the country's National Emergency Operation Center.
