“NATO as an alliance doesn’t deliver weapons. We are working within the frameworks of five trust funds and we hope very much to continue this practice and create new funds that would bring Ukraine’s armed forces and the entire sector of security to NATO standards. Today at a meeting I will say how exactly NATO can help us,” Klimkin said on the sidelines of a NATO foreign ministers meeting in Turkey.
He added that he hopes to get an precise assessment in regard to the volume of the trust funds.

“I met with John Kerry and we discussed the full implementation of the Minsk agreements. John told me that he had discussed this during yesterday’s meetings in Sochi [with Putin and Lavrov],” Klimkin said.
