Lithuanian FM Denies Plans to Increase Military Aid to Ukraine
12:57 GMT 13.05.2015 (Updated: 13:09 GMT 13.05.2015) During her visit to Kiev last November, Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite announced at a joint news conference with her Ukrainian counterpart Petro Poroshenko that Vilnius would provide military aid to Ukraine. The type of assistance has never been specified.
ANTALYA (Sputnik) – Lithuania has no plans to increase its military aid to Ukraine, Foreign Minister Linas Linkevicius said Wednesday.
“No, we have no such plans,” Linkevicius replied when asked whether Vilnius was planning to increase its military aid to Kiev.
