KIEV (Sputnik) – Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko prohibited any military-technical cooperation with Russia speaking at a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council in June 2014.
“We have terminated [the agreement],” Ukrainian Energy Minister Volodymyr Demchyshin said.
