MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The $3-billion Eurobond issue bought by Russia in late 2013 must be repaid in December.
"The Russian leadership has decided not to demand the loan repayment ahead of time in light of the violation of covenants," Siluanov said in an interview with Rossiya-1 television.
Siluanov said last week that in case Kiev did not repay it by the end of the year, Moscow would file a complaint with an arbitration court.
