"Kiev [says] it is not going to return our debts, depicts Russia as the world evil and as an aggressor, at the same time requesting discounts for [Russian] gas. This is schizophrenia rather than policy," Pushkov said in his microblog on Twitter.
Киев не намерен возвращать нам долги, изображает Россию мировым злом, агрессором — и просит сохранить скидку на газ.Не политика — шизофрения

Last week, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk announced that his Cabinet will cease operating the 1993 treaty on military-technical cooperation with Russia.
He referred to Russia as the "aggressor state", which he said "poses a threat for the Ukrainian state and its territorial integrity."
He said that Russia has received Ukraine's official request on the matter, but that no negotiations on Ukrainian gas are expected until June.
In March 2015, Russia approved the extension of the discount, which it said should not exceed 100 dollars per 1,000 cubic meters, until the end of the year's second quarter which expires on June 30.
