Russia's Sberbank Head to Serve for Additional Four Years - Stockholders
12:08 GMT 29.05.2015 (Updated: 12:20 GMT 29.05.2015) Russia’s largest bank Sberbank will be headed by German Gref for an additional four years until December 2019, according to an annual stockholders meeting on Friday.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Gref has headed Sberbank since 2007. This will be his third consecutive term in office.
The Central Bank of Russia holds 50 percent plus one share in Sberbank and more than 40 percent of the shares are owned by foreign investors.
