PARIS (Sputnik) — Russian President Vladimir Putin, French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel discussed the implementation of Minsk peace accords in a conference call earlier on Friday.
"The next meeting on Minsk accords in the 'Normandy Four' format will be held in Paris on June 10 at the level of deputy foreign ministers/political directors," Hollande's office said in a statement following the call.
According to the statement, the leaders stressed the need to expedite the implementation of the Minsk accords and expressed hope that the four subgroups of the Contact Group on Ukraine would succeed in developing concrete solutions in the framework of the adopted "package of measures."
