RIGA (Sputnik) — Two other candidates, opposition lawmakers Martins Bondars and Sergejs Dolgopolovs, have now been voted out by the parliament.
After neither candidate gained the required 51 percent of votes in the first round earlier in the day, two more rounds were held, with candidates being eliminated one by one.
