YALTA (Sputnik) — The Ukrainian authorities are imitating the implementation of the Minsk peace accords, particularly constitutional reforms, ignoring the eastern Ukrainian self-proclaimed Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics (DPR and LPR), deputy commander of DPR’s militia Denis Pushilin said Friday.
"Kiev has been imitating the implementation of the Minsk agreements. For example, the constitutional reform that supposedly must be finished by September," Pushilin said at the opening ceremony of the International festival "The Great Russian Word" in Crimea’s resort city of Yalta.
In February, the Ukraine reconciliation accords were agreed by the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany in the Belorussian capital Minsk.
The deal included 13 points, stipulating a ceasefire, heavy weaponry withdrawal, prisoner swaps and constitutional reforms to grant breakaway Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics more autonomy.
