ST. PETERSBURG, June 17 (Sputnik) – Russian oil giant Rosneft plans to export 40 percent of its extracted resources to the Asia-Pacific region by 2019, Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin said Wednesday.
“We are continuing active operations on the diversification of export channels for oil and are expanding our existence on the developing markets in the Asia-Pacific region. The volume of export oil deliveries to the East will reach 40 percent by 2019,” Sechin said during an annual stockholders meeting.
