STRELNA (Sputnik) — Russia seeks to expand economic freedoms and insure a comfortable investment climate, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Thursday.
“I stress that Russia is open for long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships. We are focused on expanding economic freedoms, to create the most comfortable environment for investments in the Russian economy,” Putin said a meeting with the Russian Direct Investment Fund’s international expert council.
The president noted that a weighted and responsible financial policy has always been among Russia’s top priorities.
