A man wearing nothing but shoes and a Halloween mask is captured on video pouring milk over himself at a Williamson, Kentucky Walmart before running around the department store yelling out hysterically.
The man reportedly ran out of the store and hopped into a getaway cart before it sped away.
He has not yet been identified and no arrests have been made.
