KIEV, June 23 (Sputnik) – Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko insisted on Tuesday that the Kiev authorities will never consider federalization as part of the proposed constitutional reform.
"What we will never allow to happen is the federalization," Poroshenko said at a meeting of the National Reform Council.
"The issues of security, defense, law and order, external relations — the key issues that determine the country's integrity — will be under sole authority of the state," Poroshenko stressed.
