While European leaders try to decide what to do next, Europeans themselves are split over the issue.
For example, 60 percent of the Dutch population is willing to abandon the euro currency amid the Greek debt crisis. French citizens have been almost equally divided into two camps with one supporting Grexit, and the other opposing it.
All in all, the majority of Eurozone countries seem ready to look for compromise and reach an agreement with the Greek government. However, Germany’s position remains unclear.
