The hit-and-run was filmed in Lincoln Park in East St. Loius, Missouri and shows what at first appears to be an argument between a group of four women.
The group can be heard yelling loudly when, all of a sudden, a gray car emerges and crashes right into the four women. The crash sends the women flying into the air. The driver, who appears to be a woman, then reverses and drives away.
Despite the intense crash, the women only had minor injuries.
