VIENNA (Sputnik) — The group of P5+1 international negotiators and Iran have reached a historic agreement on Tehran's nuclear program after more than a decade-long negotiating process, EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini said Tuesday.

Marathon talks are coming to an end with the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) that would ease economic and financial sanctions imposed on Tehran by the United Nations, the United States and the European Union.
The negotiations on Iran nuclear program started ten years ago. The final round of talks in Vienna lasted for more than two weeks.
