Putin says that Russia has a competitive advantage in the IT-sector.

Dvorniki (Vladimir Region) — Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday that Russia has a competitive advantage in the IT-sector, but this should not imply conceit.

"The basic things such as mathematics and other components of IT-technologies we must first not follow but develop, building on the best of everything that we had and have, and the best things that appear in the world. Therefore, we should not have any conceit about the fact that we have the best IT-brains, but we definitely have a competitive advantage, and we should use it," the president said during an educational youth forum.
