The footage, released by the Stafford Township Police Department, shows what appears to be a normal flow of traffic that is suddenly interrupted by the the skydiving plane. The aircraft, which was carrying five passengers, was forced to make an emergency landing on the highway after it lost power.
The flight's instructor received a small cut to the arm during the emergency landing, but no other injuries were reported and no vehicles were damaged in the incident.
