The unanimity agreement regarding the release of the MH17 report, was never made public outside of a passing reference in Ukrainian media, US journalist and investigative historian Eric Zuesse told Sputnik.
Zuesse referred to a statement made by Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office spokesman Yuriy Boychenko, made on August 8, 2014 and released by Ukraine's UNIAN news agency.
"Ukraine is a main suspect in the crime. It's just so dishonest to include in the official investigative body of an international crime one of the main suspects," Zuesse added.
Zuesse added that Ukraine's actions, together with the released unanimity clause disqualify the investigation.
"And there will be no final report unless there is complete unanimity in the four nations, one of which is the nation of Ukraine, the one that was installed by a United States coup in 2013. How honest is that? I mean it is profoundly corrupt," Zuesse added.
