The photographs were made in the Presidential Emergency Operations Center, an underground facility under the East Wing of the White House.
The images were released following a Freedom of Information Act request for the photographs made by a documentary filmmaker.
The photographs show Vice President Dick Cheney, President George W. Bush, National Security Advisor Condoleeza Rice, and other senior Bush administration figures.
