19:02 GMT 26.07.2015 (Updated: 19:24 GMT 26.07.2015) A police officer was gunned down in Turkey’s largest city of Istanbul while attempting to make an arrest, local media reported Sunday.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The officer identified as Mehmet Fatih Sivri was shot in the chest by unknown gunmen in one of Istanbul’s northern districts, according to TRT.
