MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The Kremlin and other government organs are keeping an eye on the price of oil but it is too early to make any conclusions until the end of the quarter, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Monday.
“Of course, everyone is paying close attention in observing the changes in oil prices, but, obviously, everyone is making conclusions from a longer timeframe…No one is making any hasty conclusions according to ‘Mondays or monthlies.’ We all see that the dynamics are considerably unstable and at times mixed,” Peskov told journalists.
He noted that there have also been higher fluctuations in the price for oil recently.
