On July 19, former campus officer Raymond Tensing allegedly killed Sam Dubose shooting him in the head after the officer stopped him in Cincinnati over a missing license plate. The officer was fired following the grand jury indictment which he refused to recognize.
The first arrest occurred as an individual threatened a business in the historic district of the city, police officer Doug Wiesman told the Cincinnati Enquirer, adding that other arrests followed as people tried to "obstruct justice."
