MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Egypt is expecting the arrival of a delegation from the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) by September 10 for talks on the establishment of a free trade zone, an Egyptian diplomatic source said Monday.
"A group of experts from the EEU should arrive in Egypt by September 10," a source in the Egyptian Embassy in Moscow told RIA Novosti.
According to the source, the sides are continuing work on a draft agreement on a free trade zone.
"They have partially finalized the assessment, and we are expecting them to complete the second part," the source said.
The EEU is an economic union comprising Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Armenia.
